The 3rd short-term exchange of groups of Pupils "YOUR FUTURE IS LOADING, READY?" took place in The Republic of North Macedonia between the 1st -5t th of June,2023 in SOU Gymnasium “Goce Delchev”- Kumanovo with the participation of the students from North Macedonia, Turkey, Portugal, and Poland.

The target group for this activity included students and teachers from partner schools. The main objective was to provide valuable learning experiences and skills related to students' future careers and digital literacy. The activity began with a welcome speech by the principal, followed by a school presentation and ice-breaking activities. The highlight of the day was a lecture by Marina Djordjevic on successful tech-job professionals worldwide, focusing on the "Internet of Humans." The participants engaged in sightseeing activities such as visiting the Matka gorge, exploring the central part of the city, and visiting cultural and historical monuments. They also had the opportunity to visit the Museum of the Macedonian Struggle, the Archaeological Museum of North Macedonia.

Additionally, the participants took an 8-minute test to discover jobs and courses in the digital field that suited their backgrounds, and they learned about possible dangers on the internet, proposed solutions, and participated in an online survey called "ARE YOU WEB-AWARE?" to assess their awareness of internet dangers. They also included a team game called "QR TREASURE HUNT," aimed at promoting energetic and fun learning outside the classroom. In the afternoon, the participants departed for Ohrid, a city protected by UNESCO, where they engaged in sightseeing activities and visited the Old Bazaar, known for its original Ohrid pearls.

On the last day all participants gave feedback using Kahoot and the participant teachers joined an evaluation meeting to review the results and plan dissemination activities for the final report. In the afternoon, certificates were assigned, and a farewell party was held to conclude the activity.

The expected results of the activity were diverse and aligned with the project objectives. Participants were expected to become more conscious of the opportunities and concerns of the internet, develop skills in digital literacy and employability, and learn about a new country, culture, and education system. They were also encouraged to discover jobs and courses in the digital field and improve their teamwork, problem-solving, leadership, and creative skills. Overall, the activity aimed to provide valuable knowledge and experiences to students, teachers, and parents, fostering active citizenship, awareness, and competency in the digital era. It also aimed to strengthen the European dimension of participating schools and contribute to the betterment of the global society through education and cultural exchange.
